In 1980, Natalka Czartoryska, a top breeder of Anatolian Shepherds in England, went on an expedition to Turkey in search of new bloodlines. She acquired a young bitch, Gulperi of Dagistan, in heat and bred her there in Turkey to a working dog named Korluk of Poyraz. Gulperi's litter was born in quarantine in England. Three of those pups were the beautiful males, Hisar Hamsin (Ruzgar) and Hisar Hardal and their stunning sister, Hisar Hareli. In England in 1981, Gulperi produced ten (10) white puppies in a test mating between HISAR Yandik, who was also white. One of these puppies was HISAR Saban, born in 1981 in the UK and exported to the USA. In England in 1985, Gulperi was bred to the striking Import from Turkey to England, Tarkan of Kanber and their litter was born on April 1, 1985. One of the pups produced in this litter was the wonderful male, HISAR Lisan.
